Welcome to SquareFeetToCFT.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using Square Feet → CFT Converter at https://www.squarefeettocft.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) What this service is

We provide a free, browser-based calculator to convert area and dimensions into cubic feet (ft³) with helpful outputs (also in m³ and liters). You can work in two modes—Area × Thickness or Length × Width × Height—and adjust the Decimals display. Results update as you type and can be shared with a concise summary.

2) What this service is not

The Site does not provide engineering, architectural, construction, safety, or legal advice. Any values are informational and for general guidance only. Materials, waste factors, compaction, moisture content, tolerances, density/weight, and building code requirements vary by project and are outside the scope of this tool. Always verify results and consult a qualified professional for safety-critical decisions.

3) Your responsibilities

• Enter correct measurements and pick the correct units (ft, in, m, cm; ft² or m²).
• Verify results independently before purchasing materials or making construction/logistics decisions.
• Understand that the Decimals control affects only display precision; internal math may retain more precision.
• Use the Site lawfully and responsibly. Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, scrape at scale, or reverse engineer the service.

4) License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy or reproduce substantial portions of the Site, remove notices, resell the service, or use automated, high-volume requests that degrade availability.

5) Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, code, and branding are protected by copyright and other laws. All rights reserved by us and our licensors (including “BigTechies” as credited in the footer). Unit names and symbols are used for descriptive purposes only.

6) Third-party services

We may use third-party providers for hosting, security, performance, or analytics, and link to external websites. We do not control third-party content or policies and are not responsible for them.

7) No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory (including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement). We do not warrant that calculations will meet your specific needs, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill; procurement costs; or construction/material overages/shortages arising from use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility.

9) Changes to the service and terms

We may modify or discontinue features (e.g., units, modes, sharing) at any time. We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., posting a notice on the Site). Your continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of laws. Venue and jurisdiction will be in courts located in Pakistan, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
